After being found guilty of 12 counts of felony sexual assault in 2011, former pro wrestler Andre Davis has been sentenced to 32 years in prison, Cincinnati.com reports. Davis, whose stage names included Gangsta of Love and Sweet Sexy Sensation, allegedly had unprotected sex with women without informing them he was HIV positive. At the sentencing, Davis read a letter to the judge describing ridicule from the public he faced because of ignorance about HIV; it also stated that he never intended to hurt anyone and that he blamed the victims and the media for his actions. To date, Amy Tranter, the assistant prosecutor on the case, said none of his victims have tested positive for HIV, but some are in the time period where they could later. The maximum sentence Davis faced was 112 years. He faces similar charges in Butler and Warren counties of Ohio.
